Motherhood and Your Down There with Dr. Sara Reardon

Podcast

This week on the You, The Mother Podcast, Abbey welcomes Dr. Sara Reardon! Sara is a doctor of physical therapy, board-certified women’s health and pelvic floor therapist, and mom of 2. Sara shares with us how pregnancy and postpartum can create some challenges with our “down there” and how we can navigate these challenges. Our postpartum care means so much more than baby and a six week check up for mom. We chat about pelvic floor issues, pain during sex, prolapse, leakage, diastasis recti, and more! Have things changed down there since becoming pregnant or having a baby? Let’s talk about it!
